Couple of questions here:

1. Is it worth injecting Aqualyx yourself or should you just go to a professional to do it for you?

2. If the first option is better, is there some sort of graph or gridding I can follow to minimize the chance of hitting a nerve - I must do more research regarding self injections but some brief info would be appreciated.

3. What is the best regime to follow (how many times do I inject, and how often)?

1. Depends, it is much cheaper and may even get you a better result if you do it properly. However, it takes much more effort to do and learn.
2. Draw the injection points 1cm apart. To minimize the chances of hitting a nerve inject away from the ear and the antegonial notch. There is no guarantee though, even professionals often hit nerves. I have hit a submental nerve before, even when injecting into the recommended area with the proper mesotherapy technique.
3. Typically clinics divide the dosage by 0.1-0.3mL per injection point. They also recommend a minimum 4-week interval between sessions.
