makes the zygos more prominent and its just generally more effective

You cant really go further back, fat is much thinner over the masseter and it is a Lot more dangerous, always stay 0,5cm away from masseter muscle. If you want to slim down the Area there you need to do masseter botox

Aspirating will be very Hard if you do it alone and with a 27-30g needle and aqualyx which is quite thick. it probably wont even work properly. If you just Take a Short 6-8mm needle and inject at a 45-60 degree angle with pinching you Literally cant Hit any of the important blood vessels. The bleeding is Most likely just a smaller vessel for the skin, just readjust a few mm and do it again.

Yeah, it is Hard to Tell for others exactly, because everyones Face is a Little different. Its also useless to draw the nerves according to Google Pictures since, they are not exactly at that Spot for everyone, and you wont be able to draw it accurately without getting an ultrasound Picture. Also it is Literally impossible to Hit those Big facial nerves if done properly with Short needle. If you wanna be sure where your masseter is exactly, Just bite down and draw your points then, very easy to feel your own masseter when there is tension on it.

Its not bad, if you are sensitive just buy lidocaine (for injections, no cream) and mix it into the aqualyx (dont shake). Depending on the potency of the lidocaine you put like 0,2ml-0,8ml into the aqualyx

It might help a Little, but it is Kind of annoying to use since you have to wait 30min and then wash it off again. Also it probably will only numb the pain of Piercing through the skin, which isnt very painful to begin with. the pain comes from the aqualyx attacking your fat cells which is deeper. But I havent tried cream, but proper lidocaine is definitely better. I could only get 0.5% lido instead of the normal 2% and it didnt hurt much. If you arent that sensitive you probably can rawdog it, but id recommend lido

U could do same syringe for 2 injections sites max. But all u need is some time when no one is home

Mine already know i take mt 2 cause i literally store it in the fridge in plain sight but im lazy to explain all the aqualyx shit so i just do it when no one is home

Bro you do not need to use 60 needles, infection Risk is so overrated. I used like 12 needles for 40 injections. Just dont put the needle down and properly disinfect hands and face. With 27-30g needles the opening is tiny, Risk of infection is very low there. Id suggest you swap out the needle if Piercing the skin gets more painful because that means its blunt. Depends on your needle quality too.
