Yo boys, need some legit advice from people who actually know about Aqualyx / fat dissolvers.
I’m on day 34 after injecting regular Aqualyx into my cheeks. Did around 2.5–3 ml per side, so 5–6 ml total. Got it from a certified shop, so I’m pretty confident it was legit.
I injected it point-by-point, ~0.1–0.2 ml per point, roughly 1 cm between points, covering the main mid-cheek fat area. Didn’t go super high toward the cheekbone and didn’t inject around the jawline. Basically mapped out the area and hit the superficial fat layer.
The first few days were fucking brutal — my face blew up like crazy. Then the main swelling went down, but for the last ~1.5–2 weeks I’ve had this persistent mild puffiness/induration that is VERY slowly going down.
The annoying part is that I still basically don’t see a noticeable fat loss result. I look pretty close to my pre-injection face, just slightly puffy. I’m not expecting some fucking anime transformation or model cheekbones — I just expected a noticeable reduction in the treated fat since I definitely didn’t underdose.
No obvious complications so far: no severe pain, skin necrosis, huge hard lumps, pus, etc. Just some residual puffiness / firmness.
So what I’m trying to figure out is:
Is day 34 still too early to judge the final result if I’m still visibly puffy? Could the swelling/induration still be masking the actual fat loss and become noticeably leaner over the next few weeks?
Or if I’m basically seeing no difference by now, should I assume the Aqualyx just didn’t do much for me?
Not looking for “lose 10 kg bro.” My overall bodyfat isn’t the issue — I’m specifically trying to get a bit more cheek definition / reduce the local fat pocket.
