Aqualyx swelling

Im planning on doing aqualyx next month and can someone please explain to me how im supposed to hide the swelling when living with family, having a j*b, and social life. Also for any one on here that has already injected aqualyx how bad was the swelling and how long did it take to look normal.

For me a small dose of 0.75ml per cheek was only a slight bloat. Defenetly noticable for my selfe but no one said something about it. I went to school and live with my parents.
First 3 days it was bloated and on day 4 and 5 it went away
