Is Aqualyx safe for the submandibular/submental area under the jawline, near the jaw angle and upper neck? What are the risks of injecting around the submandibular gland, facial artery/vein, marginal mandibular nerve, and lymph nodes?

still swollen from first session a few days ago lol

i did 3 sessions more just below the chin and had 0 problems, don't inject too deep
Idk about the nerves around the jaw angle etc tho
