aqualyx vs diuretics (debloating)

I have seen this debate multiple times and still yet to see a proper answer.I'm doing on research on both as I am typing this. as you probably know both achieve the same results though aqaulyx dissolves fat (and is permanent) while something like furosemide decreases water retention. which has better ROI overall?
