Aqualyx with acne

If you have active or acne or even acne in the area of your cheek should you inject aqualyx or should you wait till its clear first I am having this problem and some people say it can cause infection or acne to get worse which i'm fine if the acne gets a bit worse but if it leads to like skin necrosis or infection because of the acne getting pushed into the skin sub q or even blood stream I wanna know if it is safe or not

fuck thats brutal yeah, dont man. See if u can do the underchin or jowels though.

Everytime id do a cavitation machine on my cheeks it would break out so i stopped. I only do the underchin and around the jawline now/jowels
