Aqualyx with Lidocain

Would adding 0.8 ml of 0.5% Lidocaine to an Aqualyx vial instead of the standard 0.2 ml of 2% Lidocaine compromise the results? My main concern is whether the higher liquid volume and lower concentration would over-dilute the gel, ruin its viscosity, or cause unpredictable diffusion in the tissue, even though the total dose (4 mg Lidocaine) remains the same.
Does anyone have experience with that ?
