Is aqualyx worth it? Im really looking into it and have a great source to purchase from. Im just wondering if the effects are permanent because i know it targets your fat pads. also could i use a 5/16’ needle for the injections?

Solution
Sepsin
It is worth it, but you'll need much more sessions than you think to have visible results.

And no, it doen't "target the fat pads" unless you target them, but most people try to dissolve the subq fatty layer instead.

For the needle go for a 6mm 31G insulin needle (1ml).

Also, try to do some research before just trying to dissolve the fat in the cheeks, there are much more uses such as the submental, the nasolabial folds and maybe the malar fat pad region.

now mark as solution bhai :feelsmage:
i'd say its worth it, permanent, and no you need another one.

yeah most people only do in that region, but some other users like @Orc and @chadisbeingmade have done it in the nasolabial folds and have seen results if I'm not mistaken.

I recommend you taking a look at this megathread on fat dissolvers: https://looksmax.org/threads/fat-dissolving-megathread.1329292/

I was also big into aqualyx until a while ago, the only thing that discouraged me is that you rlly need a lot of session (6-8 minimum) to see visible results, and after each session you'll look like a pufferfish for 1 week.

if you're targeting the fat pads, yeah there's a high risk of nerve damage.

now if you're doing subq and pinching, the risk is almost 0%

well it depends on how much you're injecting, but even if you're injecting 2ml in each cheek (which is the max safe amount IMO), you'll still need more sessions to see good results.

with only 3 sessions you might only see subtle results if you're sub 14% bf.

Realistically im 10-12% BF, im buying a 8ml vial so like i could prolly squeeze 4-5 sessions out of it, you think thats worth it?

if you're doing 2ml in each cheek and only targeting that zone, then 1 vial will last you 2 sessions.

but if you're planning on doing 4-5 sessions I think it's worth but only do it on weeks you're on vacations or that no one sees you cause you'll get BLOATED.

Also you need to space them out by 1 month at least so you'd need to be willing to play for the long run (4-5 months).

Im about to do that next so that I won't have to be debloated to look chiselled so i have perma hollows

so directly into the fat pads would be better results but riskier and for subq pinching it is the other way around?
