Aqualyx makes no fucking sense to me, yea it disolves fat, and then what?

Its like having a bag of ice and heating it up till its water, the water is still in the bag, and the bag is STILL FUCKING BLOATED.

and im pretty sure that much fat cant just go into your bloodstream, so what the hell is the point of fat disolvers if the melted fat just stays where it was?
