this is an answer that most tiktok comments and ChatGPT also say, but to answer your question. Aqualyx fat dissolving will permanent kill fat cells yes that's correct. But that won't stop it from growing back more if not treated correctly. Just like any fat if you lose it you can always gain it back. If you're not maintaining a good diet or you're js eating like shit it will obviously come back this is what people don't realize, you NEED to be consistent with your health to prolong ur results otherwise it can come back. Also the good thing about doing aqualyx is you can control your contour right? You choose the amount that you obviously inject and that controls how much fat dissolves simple. If you're a person who would like fatter cheeks in the future but don't like them now, you can dose very subtle 5-6 sessions around 1-2ml per side and control your look with careful dosages. I understand it may be confusing but this isn't an issue if done correctly knowing how much you truly need
