To start we need to know what AR is, AR is a abbreviation for the word Anrogen Receptors, which are cells responsible to react to androgenic hormones like testostrone and DHT, Androgen receptors have sensitivity which in some humans have sensitive androgen receptors and some have insensitive androgen receptors, what's the problem here? If you have insensitive androgenic receptors then your high testostrone won't show any appearances, that's why so many people check their testostrone levels and they found out it's high but they can't say any signs only faint signs, it's because their androgen receptors, our environment today is bad, especially with plastic and xenoestrogenic foods like drinking from a plastic made bottle or eating with soysauce, plastics and xenoestrogenic foods like these hurt the androgen receptors causing it to be insensitive to the testostrone your body produces or taken as a steroid, especially soy an kind of soy(soysauce, soybean, etc.) Can effectively hurt not only androgen receptors but even your testostrone production and even hurt your semen quality if you use plastics, so in the end all of this is meant to tell you that your high testostrone is shit if your androgen receptors are insensitive, it wouldn't give your muscle mass, it won't give your the bone mass and you would miss the masculinization effects it has.
