i'd say all european countries are mostly white, but in some south european countries there are non whites
and there are whites in some countries which are outside of europe, i wouldnt consider them white countries but there are whites in them
idk if its the majority but turkey has a lot of white people, so do some middle eastern countries to a lesser degree, as well as north african countries
but the further away you go from europe the less white they become
