East Asian women are also very keen on surgeries and cosmetic procedures. East Asia is actually the most blackpilled continent on Earth, with the prime example being South Korea. A lot of highschool students in SK, mostly women, but even some men, get either a double eyelid bleph or a rhinoplasty as a graduation gift. Kinda based. And women also do a bunch of shit like fillers and botox, although they do it significantly more than the men. It's mainly the women in EA, the men I've noticed are very unkempt with their looks in general, all the way down to hair and clothes. This doesn't include me.

I think it’s partially true but really depends where you’re from in the arab world, for example in my country Kuwait people are super fixated on looks status etc.
while say in Libya or some parts of Saudi, you could look like a retard and people wouldn’t care.

A very very very small percentage of people anywhere in the world gets implants or osteotomies for cosmetic purposes. Maybe breast implants, but that's it. You can go your whole life without meeting one person irl who's had say a bimax for cosmetic reasons.
