You can't arch them effectively cause you can't grow hair where you don't have it, so your brows are just gonna have the same shape, thinner if you try to cut it like that

If i cut it they will look thinner but will loook more aggressive, i have a very pronunced brow ridge Can i play it off with thinner eyebrows but more arched since the brow ridge covers it up with Shadow
