I like how depressed/anxiously aware you look. You can turn that into feral concentration. You need to lock in and isolate completely and learn to be okay with being the sole source of strength in your life. Cut the curly mop you would lowkey look good with a shaved head. Mouth tape to sleep at night to help with face structure. Exercise 3 times a week and in a few weeks you will look completely unrecognizable. Here is a quick and easy routine to start ->
Exercise Routine

Each exercise is simply 2 sets.
The reps should be in the 12-15 range.

This is only done 3x per week.

THE ROUTINE:
It includes the following:
Push-ups to start (20).
1-Bench Press
2-Tricep Pushdowns
3-Lat Pulldowns
4-Bicep Curls
5-Leg Extensions
6-Leg Press
7-Shoulder Press

That's it.

Like I said you look mad fucked up on the inside and thats a good thing. Turn that energy into mad fucker reality. Also if no gym access just prison work out at home and you'll still look great. Mad push ups and sit ups and running everyday. Stop masturbating and watching porn. Godspeed <3
