Women want to fulfill their inner fantasies, different men fill different archetypes of men, when you see gl guys having less lays then they were supposed to get at their looks level, or even having 0 lays, most of the times it has to do with them being incapable of filling any archetypes of men that foids might be interested in (or else, they might present themselves like a combination of a multitude of archetypes, which feels disharmonic and disgusting).
For example, women generally perceive me as being a cute nerdy bf type of guy, that's the archetype I fit
if I were to inject I would start looking like a masc ogre physiquewise while still having some facial characteristics of a nerd, which would make me atrocious rather than a cute nerd.
That's where the meme that when foids say that they want a certain archetype they actually just mean chad comes from, like... it's true that chads can fill a multitude of archetypes while not looking uncanny, that appeal of theirs is part of their chadness, but filling a certain archetype is still important for sub-chads as well.
