nope only debloat, fat loss constant deficit needed

paired with a deficit it will work but you probably will feel like shit

If you're out of puberty, there's nothing terribly wrong with one meal a day, I'd still break it into two, but it's up to you

yeah i’m trying to get used to eating once a day, i get pretty hungry tho

well i am in a deficit all days, pretty low cals, 1200-1500 usually, and if i go over i go hard asf on the cardio that day. am thinking if 24 hour fasts tho r a good boost for fat loss, at a maintenance of 2500 ud get like 2/3lbs of fat off i think in a day.

yea you can do that but ur test and libido might crash. My libido is basically gone at 1500

i only really wanna remain cutting for 8 or so days. i’m doing an aggressive mini cut,
i don’t think a lot of muscle is lost in that time, esp since im not fasting the whole time and getting enough protein and fat other days

as in 8 days total? You're only going to lose water, I've been cutting for almost 5 months and lost only 20 pounds and I'm doing a fairly aggressive cut.

if your in a deficit your gonna lose fat, u can probably lose 1.5kg fat with heavy aggressive diet in 8 days, anything more will be water yes

people have diffrent metabloisms, My thing is if you are gonna do it for a week why dont you just go for a month
yeah i will continue to do it for longer, but want to get as much off as i can within this period cos of upcoming event.

none , id be -50kg now if this theory was true since i live this way for years my weight is always the same im in homeostasis
some days i might eat 2k (rare), some 1k, some 0 but avg is liek 700
