I need to lose 1KG of fat in 3 days.

How do I go about this anyone have any advice on crash dieting

Water fast for 3 days

I think it's impossible with standard means, you will lose water but not much fat, need to burn like 7000kcal, over 2300kcal deficit per day.
Maybe DNP/stims with exercises would do, but it's definitely not healthy and kind of stupid.
What is your goal?

Just by water fasting and then walking for about 2 hours a day he can do almost exactly a 7000kcal deficit in three days.

It's not a viable way to lose fat in the long term because of mental fatigue and muscle loss.

But it is doable in the short term for debloating and quickly losing a kilo of fat.

That means zero calories eaten for 72 hours... Only drink water with a pinch of salt, and on top of that, brisk walking for 2 hours daily (6 hrs in total)

Extreme deficits like this also mess up your hormonal production, so I wouldn't do it too many times in a row.
A safe amount to cut daily in the long term is 500-800kcal (so if your TDEE is 2000kcal, you eat 1200 to 1500 to lose fat)

I do a 48 hour water fast a couple times a year. There's no need to do more. Helps clear up the skin.

Depending on his activity, because if I remember correctly, body goes into "energy saving mode" on total fasting and you need some exercises to shake it up or, like you said, walking, at least. There are also glycogen storages.

Thank you. I will try this. I walk around 1.5 hours a day anyway so this should be easy. I do skipping rope for maybe 15 minutes - 20 a day and then 2 hours of boxing.

I’ve been eating like 1000-1500 calories the last 2 weeks with around 150g of protein.

I’ve lost around 4kg so far in 2 weeks but I’m assuming probably a kilo or so of that is water since I’m 70kg 15-14% body fat right now.

Goal is to get my abs out for a holiday. ( right now I have a weak 6 pack/ strong 4 pack )

What are dnp/stims

Put down the fork

What are dnp/stims
DNP is dinitrophenol, one of the most powerful fat burners, toxic and quite dangerous if used unwise.
Stims - stimulators - the most commonly used when cutting is Ephedrine, but Adderall (amphetamine salts) and Ritalin (methylphenidate) can serve a purpose to keep you from fatigue for a bit while fasting and decrease an appetite. Not recommended, of course.

Never get fat again, after you leanmaxxed

Water fast, black coffee + walk as much as possible.

It is near-impossible to lose 1kg of fat in 3 days unless you run a marathon a day and don’t eat.

1kg of fat is 7700kcal.
Your bmr is probably ~3000kcal per day.
But
Your muscles and liver will have 2000 calories in total glycogen storage.
Running a marathon might burn 2500kcal if you don’t walk it.

So your objective is to burn ~10,000 calories in 3 days without eating.

but why ? this leanmax shit takes months not 3 days of austist fasting and yoyo diet that would simply just get you skinny fat.

I will try maintain 10-12% body fat.
I’m not fat I’m about 13-14% now.
Cool.

But as kino body, said rightfully.
True shisseled gains, happen sub 10%.

I actually lost nearly 1KG (2.4kg overall including water/muscle ) of fat in the 3 days then

I ate nothing, did about 1 hour of skipping. Walked for about 3 hours every day and had about 800mg caffeine.

Drank green tea a lot, slept about 10 hours every night and felt exhausted.

Went from about 15% body fat ( weak 6 pack, 4 pack, none/minimal veins ) to now around 12-13% ( 6 pack strong, veins on lower abdomen, forearms shoulders and chest when pumped )
