I'm 6'0 barefoot or so. Could wearing 3 inch lifts give me a massive Mogging advantage? I have a good frame too. Or is 3 inches too much.

No, never go above 1.5 - 2 inch lifts, it's usually uncomfortable, and it's very noticable when you're not with them, I'm 5'11, I use small 1 inch lifts to go to 6', no one noticed anything different and for me internally it makes me feel a little more confident and that's what matters
