I mean in the aspect of someone syaing or stating you have good collagen I guess its more reliant on acne scarrings/intense acne, but bad collagen doens't cause acne.

I think that if you have good collagen and you had some acne as a teenager which you scratched out, then your scars should heal completely in a couple years, like there was nothing there.

But it is not directly related.
