Is the hgh that is released for muscle repair and growth the same used to build bone or have studies shown there's a difference, I'm asking because places that don't necessarily have growth plates don't seem to grow along with bone when the muscles around them increase such as the jaw muscles. which makes me think there might be different levels of HGH released. And the body acts accordingly to it.

No, there are 5 different types of HGH, and they are all released differently.

Thanks! Is there a place I can read about it

He’s being sarcastic. HGH is HGH. All HGH that is produced endogenously is the same.

However there are differences with different types of exogenous HGH. Using recombinant DNA technology, two forms of synthetic HGH were developed: somatropin and somatrem.

Somatropin is identical to the endogenous pituitary-derived HGH, whereas somatrem has an extra amino acid on the N-terminus. Both synthetic forms have similar biological actions and potencies as the endogenous HGH polypeptide.

The additional amino acid found in Somatrem is added to the N-terminus of the protein during the manufacturing process. The addition of this amino acid does not affect the biological activity of somatrem, which has been shown to be therapeutically equivalent to pituitary-derived human growth hormone in preclinical and clinical testing.
