Are all our lashes black? Do I dye them?

I ordered dark brown eyebrow lashes dye and im gonna dye brows but it says for lashes too. I dont know if my lashes aer black or no i tried to look but i cant figure it out. Should i dye them? Maybe only bottom part of it
