I have been using benzoyl peroxide and erythromycin for acne on my face, chest and back because my docter said it would work but I dont really see a change on my back and chest. My face is really dry and people notice it because of the flakes. Should I just ask for isotretoin?

Tretinoin and Tazarotene are the best topicals imo. Isotret mogs all to Gandy ofc.
