You have to look past the makeup and analyze their bones, as a true dracula that hangs out in these circles:

1. there is about 1 in 200 "alt" / egirl foids that is above LTB without their tons of makeup. (Thats for the shein polyester wearing larper hello kitty foids)

2. there is about 1 in 100 goth foids that is above LTB without the makeup (actual non-larping kinda odd goth girls, you also dont see these too often nowadays)

3. there is like 1 in 50 alt foids that dont dress dark above LTB (dressed odd but not in a dark "goth" way, basically just an artsy girl with weird or coloured hair)

Obviously Im not counting all the obese disgusting pigs in my "statistic" because a normal person should filter them out of his attention, if I did then yes, most alt girls are fat bullied pigs groomed into body positivity. This is based on just "alt" foids that you see and are interested in from their looks, most of the time its a complete catfish once their makeup is off. The first category and the really ugly ones might want to keep their makeup on for sex so thats a plus ig.
