Are amphetamines (Vyvanse/Elvanse) bad for the brain?

For example olanzapine is bad for the brain so I asked myself if other stuff like Vyvanse is also bad for the brain regardless of it giving you more concentration. What is clear is that adhd meds might have an effect on height growth yet im more interest in brain.

Couldnt find anything online about it, did I miss out on smth perhaps?

at therapeutic doses it's probably fine cuz MRI data even shows brain structure improvements in ADHD people. The theoretical neurotoxicity concern exists but is extrapolated from meth research, which isn't really comparable. Long-term data is just thin, especially for non-ADHD people, so 50/50

Cool, yet i saw a study that amphetamine abuse does bear negative results, but yeah i wont abuse them
