Are androgens the only thing to develop my nose?

Other than a nose job is androgens the only thing to fix my nose I’m 16 will my face/nose change a whole lot from now on or is it basically over

androgens don't change things for the better other then physique

The first photo was better, but your nose should be the least of your worries, your not even lean enough to see your ramus. Get leaner.

Debloating is mostly cope and shouldn't be worried about until your sub 12%
