It's very simple stuff in the end. You have minoxidil, finasteride and dutasteride. Can you buy any of these on aliexpress? And if so, what are the chances of it being legit?

oils is mainly cope. But does improve hair health and scalp health for hair growth.
But for really balding, these oils are mainly cope. And only what works proven I think (fina, minox, dermaroller)
