I guess it’s not necessary to stay lean at that point?

That's not true at all. It's probably spread around so people would die faster. Fat protects your body quite a lot. We live in an extremely toxic world and the body can contain toxins by surrounding them with fat.

Yeah it makes me mentally feel better so I do it but let's face most guys with guys aren't aspie enough to get themselves down to a extremely lean bf level and have no idea that they would ever want to anyway.
