Cjc with DAC
retinol
salicylic acid on nose
Hydrocortisone cream 1%
Minoxidil
Aquaphor
Boron
Derma stamp
Teeth whitening strips
cologne just for more appeal

None are cope. Just quite ineffective

Boron supplementation and retinol are cope.

I mean not cope necessarily, but why?

Boron - Useful if you're deficient, but you can fix that through your diet without the need of paying an extra cost for a supplement. Getting over the RDA has no extra benefits anwyay.

Retinol - Retinol is pretty much the weakest in the retinoid family, if you can get retinaldehyde or adapalene which are still over the counter, but much more effective. Retinol doesn't cut it in my opinion, too weak.

should i try out the 0.05% retinaldehyde

i don’t think i get much boron in my diet, i heard most boron is in dried fruit

Boron is in a lot more than fruits, for example, half an avocado gives you about half your RDA for boron. If you want to supplement it then do it, but I don't think it's a good return on investment.

Regardless, retinaldehyde is miles better than retinol, however even then I would definitely just get into adapalene 0.1%, it decimates retinaldehyde, and it's not even comparable to retinol. Best solution when it comes to OTC

Retinol, salicylic acid, boron, and derma stamping are very ineffective and not worth it imo. Save your money (or even better) look for more effective alternatives :Comfy:
