Your palate isnt narrow
You are going to be very underwhelmed with the results of MSE

Your palate to me looks around 40-42mm. Id need you to measure it properly with a caliper though and send me pics in dms so i can access your bizygomactic width in comparison to your IMW

is the turns part the most expensive? Do you need to meet up at the ortho
You could install it yourself but I highly advise you you to not to, The turns are after your suture has been split which could take 3-7 days if it even splits at all but the success rate is really high so don’t worry about that. It’s expensive but meet with a local ortho clinic and tell them to put out a payment plan where you can pay $100-$200 a month for MSE treatment
