Are arabs leaving indians further and further behind in terms of failo/halo from race?

I think 20 years ago, being seen as arab would have given you a failo almost as big as one for being indian...

....whereas these days, at least here in Europe, because of all the influencers you see on Instagram posing in arab countries, on occasion even with arab friends, I feel like the only failo now present for arab men is due to islam and not really to do with being arab per say.

To be clear, looks still trumps all and white men dominate in this regard.
