Growing up in Detroit, I saw lots of Arabs. Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit has one of the largest Arab populations in the USA. Even though Detroit is a majority black city, most of the gas stations and car repair shops and liquor stores are owned by Arabs. So I saw Arabs all the time. At least Arab men. I never mistaked an Arab for being a white man. Never.

I'm half white, half Arab, and I don't consider myself white. If I do, I'm denying my ethnicity, I'm denying my ancestors' origins and rejecting the culture I'm from.

It comes down to the fact that they think that such relationships pollute their dna, and some are jealous when they see an outsider having more success with a woman of their race. There are many reasons why they are against it. If they are religious they should know that we all come from 1 ancestor Adam, and if they are atheist even then it should not be a problem for them because we were all apes according to them.
