I feel like many ethnics think that it's black or white. Like to them brown or white is the same, just don't be black. Obviously It's not true and Arabs are brown but some of them can't see it. I know it's kinda weird but I remember some Saudi posting his pics saying ''What do I look if not white? like a nigger?'' and I was like, damn this guy is brown as fuck with almost no caucasian features too. Yet, he thought he's white. Some of them are blind to it. Some will tell you that anything that isn't Asian / Indian / African is white.

Growing up in Detroit, I saw lots of Arabs. Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit has one of the largest Arab populations in the USA. Even though Detroit is a majority black city, most of the gas stations and car repair shops and liquor stores are owned by Arabs. So I saw Arabs all the time. At least Arab men. I never mistaked an Arab for being a white man. Never.
