are aromatase inhibitors absolutely necessary for heightmaxxing?

i am currently 17, 5’10.5. my leg growth plates are shut, so i expect no growth for my legs. however, my torso does seem a bit short, so i’d like to think it has some catching up to do and naturally i might be able to reach 5’11. however, i’m going to heightmaxx using ipamorelin and cjc 1295, but don’t want to use aromatase inhibitors due to the potential brain damage. can i grow to 6’0 with peptides alone?
