Depends on whether your inhibitor is permeable through the bbb.
Letrozole passe through the bbb and will get in your brain and stop estrogen there.
This is obviously a problem because for the brain to function the chemical environment needs to be stable.

This is textbook.

Anastrozole doesn’t pass the bbb and won’t cause you problems
