Are big eyes really that huge of a falio?

I have seen many people who I would consider good looking, some of them have big eyes like examples shown in (1), but I understand the appeal with hunter eyes, to be fair, sometimes I think some people would look better hunter eyes.
Some people here claim that having big eyes is such a looks killer, I think its makes the look more exotic and unique, I want to know what people think, if you think I am wrong tell me why.
