Are Blue light blockers effective for sleep or are they cope

Been interesting in improve my sleep and I've been thinking should I get blue light blockers cuz im seeing blue light everywhere would they help with increasesing melatonin production and improve sleep

Yes blue light keeps you up awake as it gives the signal to your brain that its still daytime.
If your on pc I use f.lux to just remove blue light.
If your on phone they have built in blue light blockers in settings to add yellow tinge.

I wear blue light blocking glasses and idk, im switching to non protective sunglasses tmrw cuz I need sunlight to hit my eyes in the morning

blue light blockers do in fact work. blue light fucks your melatonin and it’s actually recommend to stay off all devices that emit blue light 2 hours before you go to bed, but we all know no one has the will power to do that.
