Depends. If you're like me who likes to watch anime before bed to crush cortisol and get a good sleep then the glasses just messed up the colour of the show, and the show would be less relaxing and I'd sleep worse. So if this is your situation, I'd be very very careful with those blue light glasses

lmao nah im just on my screen alot, should i get them then? if they dont effect the appearrance of my eyes then i dont give a fuck and wont get them, but if they do im getting them asap because my eye area is the only thing holding me apart
