Pretty sure theyre so your hair doesn't rub against your pillow during your sleep and get damaged that's why they're usually silk or satin

yea i guess thats right but the fucking band of the bonnet is pressing against my hair so my hair looks flat when i wake up

I just wash my hair every morning lmao, it slso reduces greasyness i think? Idk overall i have bought a really comfy bonet and it makes my ears warm and its genuenly such a comfy feeling.
