Are braces at 19-20 too late?

nah it's like 30% of people who get braces get them at 20, uncommon but it still works

you can get braces at 20 there is no upper age limit for orthodontic treatment

It can work. Although the pallate is more malleable until 16-18, it remains somewhat malleable up until the early 20s

At least thats what my orthodontist told me. I had orthodontic pallate expansion then bracers from 11 to 15
