if you want to actually have a brow ridge instead of repeatedly hitting your head with a hammer braindammagemaxxing, you should just get a brow ridge implant instead.

Why would you want a brow ridge like that?

I hate having a brow ridge. It's not too bad, I still have very little slope to my forehead but still.

the issue is that only eppley offers this type of implant. Maybe yarmechuk too.

But browridge and deep set eyes are immensely important and no one talks about them on this place. I rarely ever see gl guys in relationships with a weak browridge.

Disregarding the implant risks such as soft tissue reaction, bone resorption etc. It could definitely work especially if the patient is blackpilled and has an eye for aesthetics.
Ideally u should also get radix augmentation to match the new browridge.

Is it possible to make upper eyelid less round (more straight)

I think lateral canthoplasty/pexy is able to do this but idk at the end Round upper eyelid is that what hold me back from having agressive look. It would really boost me Btw those results who Astrosky got were achievable with fillers or he really got better eyes
