are calisthenics good enough?

i wanna quit the gym cuz i hate going there. I trained my boxing skills alot but i decided to quit some time ago

i wanna get an alr physique and gain some strength, will calisthenics do it for me?

Yeah as long as u train hard and progressive overload

Depends on the physique you would like to build, but I'd definitely say you can get a nice one just from calisthenics. Invest in a pull up bar if you dont already have one

gym way better to get a better physique.Only positive is u wont pay for a gym membership if u start calisthenics

yea ive been thinking of getting one cuz im a home guy and i love to be alone in my company so gym doesnt work for me and i force myself to go

Yeah 100% get one, I suggest getting the one that also has the grips for neutral pull ups
