Are carbs good or bad in puberty and for growth?

Does someone know if carbs like pasta and stuff are good or bad for growth. I didn’t find something where its about carbs in puberty if its good or bad if you want to heightmax.

They arent good, and they arent bad either. Its as simple as that, however i wouldnt eat pasta, instead try sticking to rice. ( it doesnt affect your puberty tho!) important thing is to just to est alot of food like with different nutrients, alot of meat, and u should be good lmao

I dont eat for taste I try to get a very good diet with the focus to get the max in Development and grow because im small and chatgpt says you need it for energy to grow and some other people say it hinders growth thats why im confused

U shouldnt eat extra carbs lmao, u already get ekough of them for energy thru normal diet, besides healthy fats also generate energy

yeah carbs r so good for muscle gain do carb cycling.

Carbs are neutral for growth —> just an energy source

What actually matters for maximizing remaining growth potential:
Sufficient total calories
Sleep 8-10h
Calcium (1300mg/day)
Vitamin D (adequate sun or 2000+ IU supplementation)
Zinc, Vitamin A

Quality nutrition is the only thing that matters so sure go ahead and eat noodles if you wish to. The slippery slope is when you find way to add too much calories from sauce, cheese or simply eating too much of it.
