Are carbs important if you're roiding?

I was thinking about hopping on and following an animal based keto diet, right now I'm cutting as I'm overweight. I'm 18, 5'4" and 157lbs and going to the gym 4x a week (U/L)+10k steps everyday and incline treadmill after every workout.

u need MORE carbs if u are roiding

Im on 500 test and eat 350g of carbs daily

Carbs are great if ur a gymcell you can lose weight/bf in high carb as long as your in a deficit and your active just don’t be a fat chud and sit around all day

Carbs are great if ur a gymcell you can lose weight/bf in high carb as long as your in a deficit and your active just don’t be a fat chud and sit around all day
doesn't carbs bloat you though?
 
Like I said be active carbs are fuel and you won’t look bloated if your working out/doing cardio and if your already fat you shouldn’t be worried about being bloated ur already bloated get lean first then worry about bloat but if your already fat but if you really care that much just consume potassium coconut water has 970 potassium for 90 cals a bottle if you get vita coco carbs aren’t your enemy a surplus is if you wanna lose weight

Carbs are law even if you are not . With such activity, just eat around 40-50 fats,120 protein and like 250-300 carbs. Such a deficiency will not have a very bad effect on the hormonal system due to the normal amount of fats, will not allow the destruction of muscles due to the large amount of protein and should even increase strength. If you are low on energy, you can add more carbs.
