sadly they're limited in what they can achieve because the ideal cheekbones are both high + short.

you can't mount a short cheekbone on top of a larger cheekbone, they'd have to shave down the bone to remove the bulge, they can only make it wider in the same contour as your existing cheekbone without it looking retarded.
