There's a nuance here that I'm trying to dissect.
I'm also referring to the influx of people that are comfortable joking about things like "age is just a number" throughout the net.
To start things off, I would like to differentiate a "pedophile" and a "predator", one is sexually attracted to babies because of some odd cognitive defect that is recorded in the DSM-5 whereas predators are a lesser species that pursue children/teenagers because they are easier to manipulate and coerce into their disgusting perverse fantasies than adults. Regardless they're all disgusting freaks and deserve to get put down.
But that raises the question, are most child predators actually into little girls (paedophilia) or are they attracted to the innocence/vulnerability of a younger woman? I think that distinction is very important and could be hinting at some subtle upcoming changes in the dating market. I see it to be some sort of potential pushback against today's promiscuous hook-up culture.
You know, child predators seem to be everywhere, a lot more recently than before. Just imagine how many of them make jokes because they are closeted predators.
Noticing how people got way more comfortable joking about epstein, hullo, diddy etc. recently made me theorise.
