Are cold showers really better for skin and hair ?

I’m sure some of you have tried cold showers before, is it true that it’s better for skin and hair ? Consider starting tomorrow with that, but would like to be sure that the shit will bring anything at all

some people also say that you should shower with lukewarm water and only rinse again with cold water at the end. What do you guys think ?
