Are Cold Showers the secret to good hair?

Once I went almost a year without washing my hair and only using ice cold water to rinse it when it got greasy.

My hair was fluffy like a Cat's hair and it was super easy to style, never had better hair quality in my life, most of the hair guides on here that i've read make you productmaxxx, but is it really just a case of less is more?

It also completely eliminates dandruff and improved my hairline and skin.

It's because the oil in your hair is not being completely removed by hot water, so it feels buttery.

Your hair will get greasy much quicker though.

Its not that cold water is "good" just that hot water is bad for you skin. Use lukewarm water at all times
