My coworker one time went for one and they said it was polyps but turned out to be malignant cancer. Died two weeks later

I didn’t even have any polyps lol that’s the thing

They said it was straight up internal hemorrhoids , but I have other symptoms. I’m thinking it’s IBS. Because IBS is determined when you don’t have anything else
